I conducted a two-week long user research including four one-hour field study sessions to observe how students use math study center. The Center for Academic Resources (CAR) is located in the Student Success Center and offers several types of free tutoring in math courses (Math 104 and. Once a tutor is available, he/she goes to the waiting list and looks for the next student on the list. When students need help from a tutor, they can go to the waiting list attached at the entrance of Math Study Center and put themselves on the list by writing down their names, their course numbers. There are tutors in the Math Study Center ready to answer studentsвЂ™ questions and help students with their math homework.
